Put The Needle On The Record

I'm going on an A - Z listening trip through my record collection as I haven't played most of them in ages. Fancy coming?
Wander / Wonder by Balam Acab

This is the only record I’ve ever bought in Scotland, and I bought it at one of the best record shop / cafes I’ve ever been in- Mono- I could have spent all day in there, and a lot of money too. I believe I was served by a bloke out of The Pastels, which is just one of the very nice things that happened that weekend, the nicest being my brother in laws marriage.

To me this is just really good chilled music which tips its hat at Ambient, waves at Trip Hop and pats Dubstep on the shoulder in a friendly way as he ambles past. I’m told that it falls into a genre called Witch HouseI’m not even sure what Witch House is, but if its this then it’s good and I like it

I like the look and sound of this album. I will investigate further and find it, albeit digitally.
